Stephen Hartlen

Stephen Hartlen serves as the Chairperson of the Board for Net Zero Atlantic since March 2023 and has held the position of Chair of the Advisory Board at the Council for Innovation and Commercialization, Conference Board of Canada since June 2019. As a Board Member of BioNova since January 2017 and Vice Board Chair of Springboard Atlantic Inc. since March 2013, Stephen plays a key role in various organizations. In addition to these positions, Stephen has been the Assistant Vice President of Industry Relations at Dalhousie University since February 2011. Previous experience includes serving as Interim President & CEO and Vice President of Mentoring at Innovacorp, and roles in business development at xwave and Aliant. Stephen holds an MBA from Saint Mary's University and a B.Comm in Economics from Dalhousie University.
