Erlan Vazquez (He/Him)

A learner first and designer second, Erlan’s passions assist in elevating the acceleration of learning for Scholars and Partners at Springboard. Having mentored under artists and designers like Mike “Daarken” Lim and Casey Christofferson, Erlan has always had a great appreciation for education and teachers. His creations are focused on communication and simplicity in order to convey visual messages without interrupting the experience. Erlan’s favorite childhood book is Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak because it conveyed a world of absurdity and kooky characters using muted colors and simple drawings while maintaining a certain uniqueness.
