Jasmine Smith (She/Her/Hers)

Jasmine is a proud graduate of Arkansas State University--"Go Red Wolves!" She joined Springboard Collaborative full-time in 2024 after working at a major discount retailer for 3 years as a Scrum Master. She worked in a private government sector before transitioning to project management. Her favorite childhood book is "The Berenstain Bears and the Female Fullback" because she played football growing up with cousins and it gave her a new outlook that women can do everything men can do (but better). As a native Memphian, she enjoys the botanical gardens, zoo visits, freelancing as a florist, and everything bbq. Her favorite quote for life is "Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life" from Steve Jobs.
