Liangyu Qian (She/Her)

Kelly joined Springboard in August 2021 as a Senior Associate, Data and Analytics. Prior to joining Springboard, Kelly was an ESOL teacher, working with students of multicultural backgrounds across various age groups. Additionally, she has worked with multiple local non-profit organizations focusing on educational research and community healthcare. At Springboard, Kelly hopes to provide data-driven, actionable feedback that could help school partners better support their students. Her favorite childhood book is “Memories of Old Peking – South Side Stories” by Lin Hai-yin, a memoir that consists of six elegant and emotional short stories told from the perspective of a little girl who lived in Peking at the turn of the century.
