Melody Aminpour has always considered herself a curious person. Growing up in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Iranian immigrant parents, she saw and felt inequities all over and was very interested in learning about the systems and structures that caused them. Her curiosity led her to a BA in Sociology from UCLA and a Master of Social with a concentration on communities, organizations, and business innovation, from the University of Southern California. Ultimately, she was led to a career seeking talent, empowering and coaching employees, and supporting people in finding careers they love. She is a lifelong learner with a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and will continue to be an advocate for this necessary work.
Melody enjoys cooking, traveling, beach days, good books and Netflix binges, and spending time with loved ones. Her favorite childhood books are the Magic Tree House series by Mary Pope Osborne.
