Andrea Thorngren

Andrea Thorngren is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in developing and leading recruitment strategies across multiple sectors. At Wolters Kluwer from October 2015 to August 2021, Andrea held the position of Associate Director for Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing global strategies for the Health and Corporate divisions while managing a team focused on employee and contingent resources. Prior roles include Sourcing Manager in the Americas, where Andrea established a sourcing team to address critical hiring needs, and Talent Acquisition Leader at Allstate, leading corporate and campus recruitment efforts. Additionally, as an Independent Consultant from October 2006 to January 2015, Andrea provided end-to-end talent acquisition solutions for various industries.
