Nnenna is passionate about making diversity accessible for leaders and organizations. She is truly a coach of coaches, and enjoys guiding communities in learning the mechanisms of equity and justice and applying them to achieve tangible results. The former high education administrator has more than 12 years of diversity leadership, national advocacy, and organizational change under her belt. With a master's in educational policy and organizational leadership and concentration on diversity and equity issues in education, Nnenna has worked with organizations like the NCAA, AASHE, and other national governing bodies to implement policy and practice that sustain change.
The Colorado native is a former NCAA Division I Student-Athlete, and won back-to-back women’s basketball semi-professional national championships with the Rock County Robins. Her favorite childhood books were the American Girls series about Addy Walker, which were the first fiction books she ever read with a black girl protagonist.
