Ryan LeClaire (He/Him)

Ryan joined Springboard Collaborative in June of 2022 as the Assistant Vice President of Sales. He has extensive experience leading sales teams in K-12 education. Additionally, Ryan has been an elementary educator, district level administrator, and state education agency leader. His bachelor’s degree work focused on early literacy and his graduate degree in education focused on educator professional development. Much of Ryan’s work, personally and professionally, has been focused on working within underserved communities.

As a child, Ryan enjoyed the Paddington Bear series of books. His wanderlust likely had its genesis in reading these stories.
