Yareni Carrasco (She/Her)

Yareni Carrasco joined the Springboard Collaborative team in August 2020. Before joining the Springboard team full-time, Yareni worked seasonally to support Springboard programming in the Bay Area, filling roles of Operations Lead, Site Leader, Operations Manager, and Program Manager. She has over 9 years of experience in youth development and community engagement experience. Using that experience, she leads Springboard’s community support and strong family experiences as our Director of Community Support. Her favorite children’s book is Fudge-a-Mania by Judy Blume.
