We learn from one another, from our work, and from our communities.
We ask lots of questions. Recognizing that our ideas are only as good as our understanding of the problem, we hold tightly to the problem and loosely to the solution.
Student reading achievement is our North Star, and we gather a great many metrics to chart our course.
