Elizabeth Ladu

In over 25 years of financial and management experience, Elizabeth “Libby” Ladu has reviewed and consulted with hundreds of businesses – small, medium and large.

During her years as Managing Director in the investment banking division of two large European banks, and more recently as Program Director of Count Me In for Women’s Economic Independence, Libby has created business tools to help leaders articulate their plans and provided counsel to assist them in achieving their financial goals. This, paired with her past entrepreneurial experience as owner and president of the largest call center in New York City, gives her a unique ability to effectively serve as Springboard’s Finance Manager.
