Mandy Mason

Mandy Mason serves as the Global Leader for Healthcare Provider Transformation at Microsoft since June 2022, where responsibilities include setting strategic direction for healthcare solutions, designing customer-centric portfolios, and providing thought leadership to enhance delivery excellence. In addition to this role, Mandy Mason is a Board Member at Springboard Enterprises since July 2023. Previously, Mandy Mason held the position of Executive Director for Workforce Innovation at Providence from 2018 to 2022, leading large-scale strategic changes and implementing effective practices. Prior experience also includes serving as a Senior Workforce Consultant at Vizient, Inc. from 2013 to 2018, where Mandy Mason directed consulting teams to enhance financial performance for healthcare systems, and as the Financial Operations Program Lead at Memorial Health from 2009 to 2013, managing financial analyses and operational budgets. Mandy Mason earned a BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University.
