Veronica Harwood-Stevenson is the Founder & CEO of humble bee ltd, a deep tech company that creates novel biomaterials using biomimicry and synthetic biology. Veronica is also an Advisor at Global Entrepreneurship Network New Zealand. Veronica is an Edmund Hillary Fellow at the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, Chair of the Wellington Momentum Investment Committee at Return On Science, a Life Sciences Programme Alumni at Springboard Enterprises, and a Judge for Research Commercialisation Award at Kiwi Innovation Network. With a background in science communication and filmmaking, Veronica has also been involved in various roles related to storytelling, communication, and business transformation at organizations such as Otago Polytechnic and workSpace.
