Corporate Director, Distribution at Springboard Hospitality

Brandon Standerfer has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Brandon started their career at WestCoast Hotels Corporation as a GDS Coordinator from 1998 to 2001. Brandon then joined Guenther Management, LLC as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a year. From 2001 to 2010, they worked at Red Lion Hotels Corporation, first as the Manager of Reservation Systems and later as the Director of Marketing Programs. At Two Roads Hospitality, they held the position of Senior Director of Distribution from 2010 to 2017, where they oversaw brand distribution and managed the migration of reservation systems. Brandon then worked as an Independent Consultant in 2018, specializing in revenue management and distribution optimization. Brandon provided consultation services on various projects such as systems implementations, online travel agency contract negotiations, and new hotel openings. In 2018, they joined RLH Corporation as the Director of Brand Revenue Services, where they developed revenue strategies for select service and mid-scale brands. Currently, they are the Corporate Director of Distribution at Springboard Hospitality, responsible for the configuration, training, and connectivity of customer-facing distribution channels.

Brandon Standerfer has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Washington University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed an Associate Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from Spokane Falls Community College from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, they hold certifications in CX Advisory Board from the University of California Santa Barbara Customer Experience Certificate Program, Sabre Hospitality Certification from Sabre Corporation, and Certified Lanyon Contracting Manager from Lanyon. These certifications were obtained in 2020, 2014, and 2013 respectively.
