Czarina Lam has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Czarina started their career at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a Front Office Supervisor, where they gained experience in guest services, rooms control, and night audit. Czarina then moved on to Marriott International as a Front Desk Manager before joining Aqua-Aston Hospitality as a Front Office Manager.
In 2011, Czarina joined Outrigger Hospitality Group and held various roles, including Revenue and Reservations Manager, Director of Revenue Management for different hotels under the group, and eventually became the Area Director of Revenue Management.
In 2018, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as the Director of Revenue Strategy & Reservations for their upscale private island resort. Czarina also worked on task forces and executive committees during their time at Hyatt.
Currently, Czarina is working at Springboard Hospitality as the Regional Director of Revenue Management. Czarina'sresponsibilities include overseeing revenue generation and revenue operations for the West Hollywood Hotels Collection.
Czarina Lam completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Czarina attended the university from 1989 to 1993, during which they pursued two majors: Travel Industry Management-Hotel as their first major and Marketing as their second major. Czarina also obtained a minor in Economics. In addition, Czarina Lam received a certification as a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI in June 2014.
