Springboard Manufacturing
Glen Shrigley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1982, they started their career as a Mold Maker at Tool Tech Corp and later became the General Manager from 1990 to 1997. At Trend Technologies, they served as the Director of Tooling from 1997 to 2003, where they were responsible for managing strategic accounts and ensuring updated technology for the industry. In 2004, Glen joined both Springboard Manufacturing and El Dorado Molds & N.C.I.M. as the President and Vice President Operations, respectively. At El Dorado Molds & N.C.I.M., they oversaw daily operations, developed key customer accounts, and managed the organization's profitability and growth.
Glen Shrigley obtained a Machining Certificate from San Jose City College between 1983 and 1985. Prior to that, they earned an AS degree in Fire Science from Mission College, which they attended from 1980 to 1982.
