Arfat Salman

Arfat Salman is a Senior Software Engineer at TIND since July 2022 and simultaneously serves as a Software Engineering Mentor at Springboard since February 2022. Previously, Arfat held roles such as Prepare Project Ambassador at Simula Research Laboratory and Teaching Assistant for PGR206 (Data Structures and Algorithms) at Kristiania University College. As a Full Stack Developer and Instructor at Pesto Tech from September 2017 to May 2021, Arfat developed an industry-relevant web development curriculum, mentored over 200 engineers, and scaled training operations significantly. Earlier experience includes positions as a Full-stack Developer at Dealflow, Back End Developer at Evelyn Learning Systems Pvt. Ltd., and ePub Books Developer at Unicorn Books Pvt. Ltd. Arfat holds a Master's in Informatics, Programming, and System Architecture from the University of Oslo and a BTech in Computer Science from Delhi University, along with an Advanced Diploma in Spanish from Jamia Millia Islamia.
