Ayushi Goel

Ayushi Goel is an accomplished project management leader with extensive experience at Springboard, where since February 2021, significant contributions have been made as Project Management Lead and Senior Project Manager, successfully delivering over 15 course launches and directing compliance efforts. Prior to this, Ayushi held various roles at Springboard India, including Senior Program Associate, where research strategy and post-course launch health metrics were managed. Other roles include Regional Head at Brainwonders, driving B2B development and business strategy, and Principal Coordinator at Springdales Public School, where leadership in events and innovative educational approaches was demonstrated. Ayushi began a career in technology as a Software Tester at Aricent Group and holds a Master of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology. Additionally, a certification in UI/UX Design was completed in 2021.
