Darcy Griffin

Darcy Griffin is an experienced program and operations manager currently serving as a Senior Program Operations Manager at Springboard since July 2019, where responsibilities include managing large cross-functional programs and executing a course and service model redesign that significantly reduced delivery costs. Previously, Darcy launched the Career Services Operations department, establishing foundational policies for over 3,000 users. Prior experiences include roles as a Digital Learning & Inquiry Facilitator at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, where leadership of an intern team focused on enhancing learning through technology, and as an English Language & Culture Instructor for the Spanish Ministry of Education. Darcy holds a Master of Arts in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with Media and Cultural Studies from Kingston University.
