Grace Navarro is a seasoned professional in the field of biomedical research and program management, currently serving as a Senior Operations Program Manager at The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research since November 2023. In this role, Grace manages a portfolio of over 50 projects aimed at developing novel treatments focused on the inflammation pathway and drug target de-risking for Parkinson's Disease. Previously, Grace was a Program Manager at Calibr at Scripps Research, overseeing more than 20 projects in Infectious Diseases, and worked as a Strategic Planning Associate to support the development of treatment strategies globally. Additional experience includes serving as a New Ventures Fellow at UCLA Technology Development Group and conducting significant research as a Graduate Student Researcher at UCLA, where Grace developed knockout hESC lines using CRISPR. Educationally, Grace holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from UCLA and a BS in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from The Johns Hopkins University.
