Jennifer Woods

Jennifer Woods is currently a Cyber Security Student at Springboard, where extensive hands-on training and mentorship have been complemented by the completion of a capstone project and numerous mini-projects in cybersecurity. With a long-standing role as a New Service Representative at Tucson Electric Power, Jennifer has focused on analyzing and enhancing business processes, implementing improvements, and educating colleagues on best practices. Academically, Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Northern Arizona University and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Arizona.
