Paul Haefele

Paul Haefele is a Data Analyst Trainee at Springboard, where over 550 hours of hands-on curriculum and mentorship have been completed, alongside two in-depth capstone projects focused on Python, SQL, data analysis, data visualization, hypothesis testing, and machine learning. Since September 2019, Paul has served as Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Home Mortgage Solutions, leading the growth and operational efficiency of the mortgage division. Paul has a background as a Mortgage Loan Originator, utilizing data analysis to assess borrowers' creditworthiness. Additionally, Paul worked as a Real Estate Agent at HMS Realty, enhancing marketing strategies and managing complex transactions, and held a Data Analyst Intern position at Pepperdine University, where software bugs were identified and resolved, and SQL database objects were developed. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pepperdine University.
