Sudakshmina Mandal

Sudakshmina Mandal has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Springboard since August 2019, where roles have evolved from Director of Engineering to Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to this, Sudakshmina worked at Ittiam Systems Pvt Ltd from July 2002 to July 2019, initially as a technical contributor before advancing to Manager of MAC SW, Wireless LAN, and later to Senior Manager of Media Cloud Services, leading the development of a cloud transcoding service and establishing a central cloud competency team. Sudakshmina holds a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Jadavpur University, completed in 2002, and attended Modern High School from 1984 to 1998.
