Silvia Blemker

Silvia Blemker is a Professor at the University of Virginia in the departments of Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, and Orthopaedic Surgery. Silvia is also the Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer at Springbok Analytics, where Silvia leads the development of AI-powered software for analyzing muscle in MRIs. Silvia holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, an MS in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, and a BS in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
