Chris Piascik

Client Success Team Lead at Springbuk

Chris Piascik has held a variety of roles since 2000, beginning with Technical Support at VERSYSS Commercial Systems. Chris then moved to American Power Conversion in 2002, where they held the same role. In 2004, they joined Displays2go as an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, where they managed the implementation of new product categories and researched new keywords. In 2008, they held two roles simultaneously, Associate Account Manager at Commission Junction and E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Paragon Communications. From 2012 to 2018, they held various roles at Virgin Pulse, including Senior Client Success Manager, Senior Account Manager Team Lead, and Senior Account Manager. During this period, they were responsible for managing the implementation of ShapeUp's SaaS platform with new clients and developing strategies to increase engagement rate. In 2018, they held Manager of Corporate Accounts at Vivante Health and Digital Client Solutions Manager at CVS Health. Most recently, they joined Springbuk in 2021 as Client Success Team Lead.

Chris Piascik obtained their MBA from Bryant University between 2004 and 2006 and their BSBA from the same institution between 1996 and 2000. Chris also holds three certifications from Gainsight, namely Customer Success Leader Certified Professional (July 2022), Advanced Customer Success Manager Certified Professional (June 2022), and Customer Success Manager Certified Professional (May 2022).
