Crystal Lynch

Crystal Lynch currently serves as Chief of Staff at Springcoast Partners, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Crystal spent nearly a decade at Highline Capital Management, where roles included Operations Associate and Investor Relations from March 2013 to January 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Personal/Office Assistant at William T. Georgis Architect in late 2012 and interning as an Events Intern at Operation Smile in early 2012. Crystal holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality and Tourism Management from the College of Charleston, completed in 2011.
