Christopher Rouff is a senior professional staff member at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory since February 2014 and a lecturer at The Johns Hopkins University since January 2021, where Christopher teaches graduate courses in Autonomic Computing. Rouff has extensive experience in technical leadership and business development across various organizations, including Altamira Corporation and Lockheed Martin, where Christopher managed DARPA programs and led research proposals related to advanced technologies such as cloud computing and robotics. Additionally, Rouff has served as an associate editor for academic journals, coming from a solid engineering background developed during tenure at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and TRW. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, an M.S. in Cybersecurity from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis.
