Rita D. has a diverse professional background, currently serving as Senior UX Research Operations at Springer Nature Group since March 2022, where Rita also holds the title of UX Research Administrator. Prior experience includes a role as Policy Administrator at Hiscox, focusing on administrative support and knowledge management for specialist insurance, and positions such as Account Manager at HouseTrip, overseeing a portfolio of holiday rental hosts, and Head Receptionist and Management Assistant at Lisbon Soul Hostel & The Keep, where Rita managed scheduling and developed a booking management system. Early career roles include serving as a Youth Worker at REDE de Jovens Para a Igualdade and a Human Rights Education Intern at Amnesty International.
