Tori Mercado

Tori Mercado is an accomplished public affairs professional with extensive experience in various roles within the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce from June 2021 to present, including Public Affairs Manager, Public Policy Analyst, and Talent Retention Coordinator. Prior roles include Promotions Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts and a Marketing and Communications Intern at United Way of the Ozarks, as well as Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield. Tori Mercado holds a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Strategic Communication from Drury University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Harding University.
