Daphne Sigala Morfin

Daphne Sigala Morfin has extensive experience in public affairs, having held various roles in prominent organizations. At Warner Bros. Discovery, Daphne served as Manager and Administrator in Public Affairs from April 2022 to January 2024, following a position in Public Affairs at Warner Bros. Entertainment from March 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, Daphne worked at the U.S. House of Representatives as Director of Outreach and Operations and Director of Operations and District Scheduler from January 2019 to March 2021. In the political arena, Daphne was the Director of Advance and Operations for Cisneros for Congress in 2018 and held positions as Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff and Assistant in the United States Senate from July 2017 to June 2018. Daphne earned a Master of Public Administration from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy in 2020 and briefly attended The George Washington University for a similar program in 2018.
