Jamillah Joy Medina Nova serves as the Director of Communications, Marketing, and Branding at Learning for Better since November 2022 and has been the Community Relations Coordinator at Springfield City Library since January 2019. In addition to these roles, Jamillah operates Jamillah Joy Designs, providing graphic design services specializing in logos, branding, flyers, cover art, and website design since May 2016. Past experience includes graphic designer and editor roles at Out and About in the Valley Magazine, marketing coordinator at Best Fitness, and various internships at iHeartMedia and WCBS | CBS New York. Jamillah holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications with a focus on Broadcast Journalism from St. John's University.
