Richard Pembroke

Richard Pembroke is the Director of Fiscal Services at Springfield School District. Richard has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 10 years as a Chief Financial Officer. Richard has a strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Richard is a trusted advisor to the superintendent and school boards on all matters relating to financial affairs, state and federal education funding law, and logistical and business matters.

Richard Pembroke has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Norwich University. Richard also has certification from the Vermont Association of School Business Officials in Director of School Business Management & Finanace and from the Association of School Business Officials International in Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations.

Richard Pembroke reports to Sherri Nichols, Superintendent. They work with Kelly Ryan - Director of Special Services, Missy Wilkins - Director of Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment, and Lisa Hall - Transportation Coordinator. Some direct reports include Karen Mcnamara - Accountant, Josh Dikeman - Bookkeeper, Payroll, and Jennifer Beers - Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable.
