Chris Niehaus

Chris Niehaus is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over two decades of experience at the Springfield Township Police Department, where roles have included Captain, Lieutenant, and Sergeant in the Criminal Investigations Section since 1999. Niehaus served as Commander of the Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force from 2011 to 2014, overseeing strategic drug enforcement operations for over 15 local law enforcement agencies within a service area of over 200,000 residents. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Agent in the same Task Force from 2003 to 2006 and as a Firefighter/EMT with both the Colerain Township Department of Fire & EMS and the City of Fairfield Fire Department from 1994 to 2004.
