Matthew Zankey

Matthew Zankey is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project engineering and management across various sectors, including nuclear and hazardous waste handling. Currently serving as a Project Mechanical Engineer at Springs Fabrication, Inc. since May 2015, Matthew plays a key role in initiating the ASME pressure vessel program. Previous roles include Mechanical Engineer III at Leed Fabrication Services, responsible for design and calculations for pressure vessels and R&D projects, and Quality Manager/Project Mechanical Engineer at Precision Pipe & Vessel, where Matthew managed quality control and engineering support for high-pressure vessels. With earlier experience as a Project Engineer II at IP Systems and SA Technology, Matthew has consistently overseen large project teams and budgets, ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISO-9001 and NQA-1. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
