Travis J. Williams has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Travis J. started their career as a Marketing and Advertising Consultant at Ballantyne Marketing and Advertising/Colorado Credit Union League. Travis J. then worked as a Financial Advisor at both Edward Jones and Vectra Bank, where they successfully grew assets and managed multiple investment branch locations.

Following this, Travis joined Wells Fargo as a Financial Consultant and Private Banker for High Value Clients. Travis J. then transitioned to Focus on the Family, where they served as a Major Gift Officer, building strong donor relationships and contributing to the organization's mission of supporting children and families.

In 2012, Travis joined Awana ® as the Director of Advancement and Major Gift Officer, leading the donor development team and overseeing donor communications and marketing. Travis J. Williams pursued their education with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Colorado State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Adams State University, where they studied Psychology, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. In addition to their formal education, Travis J. Williams also obtained a certification as a Center for Creative Leadership Graduate from the Center for Creative Leadership in April 2019.
