Travis J. Williams has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Travis J. started their career as a Marketing and Advertising Consultant at Ballantyne Marketing and Advertising/Colorado Credit Union League. Travis J. then worked as a Financial Advisor at both Edward Jones and Vectra Bank, where they successfully grew assets and managed multiple investment branch locations.

Following this, Travis joined Wells Fargo as a Financial Consultant and Private Banker for High Value Clients. Travis J. then transitioned to Focus on the Family, where they served as a Major Gift Officer, building strong donor relationships and contributing to the organization's mission of supporting children and families.

In 2012, Travis joined Awana ® as the Director of Advancement and Major Gift Officer, leading the donor development team and overseeing donor communications and marketing. Travis J. remained with Awana ® for eight years before joining Springs Rescue Mission as the Chief Development Officer. In this role, Travis provided executive leadership and strategy to minimize homelessness in Colorado Springs, leading a successful capital campaign and building meaningful relationships to grow operational revenue.

Travis J. Williams has proven success in fundraising, donor relationship management, and strategic leadership, and has made significant contributions to the nonprofit sector throughout their career.

Travis J. Williams pursued their education with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing. From 1997 to 1999, they attended Colorado State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they attended Adams State University, where they studied Psychology, although they did not obtain a degree in this field. In addition to their formal education, Travis J. Williams also obtained a certification as a Center for Creative Leadership Graduate from the Center for Creative Leadership in April 2019.
