Kristin Norton

Kristin Guy Norton is an experienced professional with a strong background in development, strategy, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy since August 2019, Kristin has also held the position of Executive Director at the World Series of Entrepreneurship and worked in various educational roles at Alexander Dawson School. Previous experience includes consultancy focused on call center management and optimization, as well as leadership roles at Providian Financial, where Kristin directed customer service operations and launched an e-commerce product. Kristin's career began at HSBC and MBNA, advancing to positions such as Vice President and Department Manager. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and has completed coursework toward a Master's in Technology Management at the University of Pennsylvania.
