Stephanie Martin

Stephanie Martin has a strong background in HR operations and total rewards. Stephanie is currently working as the Director of HR Operations & Total Rewards at SpringWorks Therapeutics, a position they have held since January 2024. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of HR Operations and Total Rewards at the same company from March 2021 to January 2024. Before joining SpringWorks Therapeutics, Stephanie worked at BioTelemetry, Inc. as a Compensation Manager from December 2018 to February 2021. Stephanie also has experience as a Banking Officer Compensation Specialist at M&T Bank from January 2015 to December 2018.

Stephanie Martin earned a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School during the period of 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Temple University between 2008 and 2010. Additionally, Stephanie Martin attended Georgia Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Computer Engineering. Stephanie has obtained two additional certifications, namely Excel 2016 Essential Training from Lynda.com in January 2017 and Certified Diversity Executive from The Society for Diversity in March 2020.
