Apoorva Harduley

Apoorva Harduley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

From 2017 to the present, Apoorva worked at Sprinklr as an Associate Director. In this role, they were responsible for program management, release scope planning, customer requirements, end-to-end release for products, and overall QA strategy. They also collaborated with various teams to enable customer requirements and address issues. Additionally, they managed multiple modules and worked in the Platform Adoption Engineering team to understand customer needs and analyze churn ratios.

Prior to Sprinklr, Apoorva worked at ixigo.com from 2008 to 2016. They held multiple roles including Head of Quality and Quality Manager.

In 2006, Apoorva had roles as a Software Engineer at Starhub(Singapore) and Sprint Nextel Corporation.

In 2006, they also worked as a Software Engineer at Circuit City.

Apoorva Harduley obtained a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) Honors degree in Computer Software Engineering from RKDF College. This educational achievement took place from 2000 to 2003.
