Arne Stoertenbecker

Arne Stoertenbecker is a seasoned professional in the field of solutions architecture and customer experience, currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at Sprinklr since October 2021. Prior to this role, Arne accumulated extensive experience at Genesys from March 2001 to September 2021, where positions included Lead Solutions Consultant Global, Lead CX Sales Consultant, Solutions Architect for EMEA, and Senior Solutions Engineer. Earlier in Arne's career, experience as a Technical Project Manager at Siemens spanned from January 1999 to February 2001. Arne holds a B.S. in Communications from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Dipl. Ing. in Nachrichtentechnik from Technische Hochschule Lübeck.
