Bérengère Hayart's work experience starts in 2012 as a Marketing & Communication Junior Manager with Groupe Frères Blanc. In 2013, they became a Project Manager - Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty at Total. From 2015 to 2016, Bérengère worked at Launchmetrics as a Customer Success Executive and later as a Customer Success Manager, handling key international accounts and participating in webinars and audits. In 2016, they joined Sprinklr as a Senior Managed Services Consultant and eventually became a Success Manager, Senior Success Manager, Lead Success Manager, and currently serves as the Regional Director - Success | Global Strategic Accounts since September 2022.
