Boris Lipovetsky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Boris is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager, Global Strategic Accounts at Sprinklr since February 2022. Boris previously worked at Maestro as the Director of Client Success from January 2021 to February 2022.

Boris has extensive experience at Sprinklr, where they joined in September 2018 as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, they managed a $4mm customer portfolio consisting of 15 Fortune 500 enterprise clients from different sectors. Their responsibilities included overseeing customer renewals, identifying new opportunities, managing service bookings, ensuring successful implementation, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Boris effectively collaborated with internal teams such as product management, sales, engineering, and services to advocate for customers' needs.

Prior to Sprinklr, Boris worked as a Customer Success Lead at Informed.co from August 2017 to September 2018, and as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Sisense from March 2017 to August 2017. Boris has also held roles at IPsoft, where they served as a Senior Customer Relationship Manager from January 2017 to March 2017, and as a Customer Relationship Manager from March 2013 to January 2017.

Before transitioning into customer success roles, Boris gained experience in process engineering and IT business analysis while working at The Hartford from June 2011 to March 2013 as a Lean/Six Sigma Process Engineer, and as an IT Business Analyst. In addition, they had internships at GE Capital as a Strategic Marketing Intern in 2010 and as a Communications Intern in 2009. Boris also worked as a Camp Counselor at YMCA in 2008.

Boris Lipovetsky attended Babson College from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Law. In 2009, they also participated in a study abroad program at UNSW, where they studied International Business for one year.
