Carly Prado

Carly Prado is a Senior Customer Success Professional with extensive experience in managing high-touch accounts across various industries. Previously, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Incredible Health and Cisco Meraki, where they led successful product adoption initiatives and maintained high levels of customer engagement. Prior to that, Carly worked as an Account Manager at Connext, managing key business relationships with major tech companies. They began their career as an English Teacher in Santiago, Chile, teaching young learners. Carly holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the University of Southern California.
