Success Manager For Global Strategic Accounts at Sprinklr

Cheng May Koh is currently working at Sprinklr as a Success Manager for Global Strategic Accounts since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SAP Customer Experience starting in 2017. At SAP, they held the role of Senior Customer Engagement Executive, where they ensured customer success and acted as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives. Cheng May was also a Customer Success Manager for Southeast Asia, helping customers adopt intelligent product suites across various industries.

Before joining SAP, Cheng May Koh worked at Lazada Group as the Head of Business Development & Merchandising for the Digital Business division from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they nurtured partner relationships and launched various digital services across Southeast Asia. Cheng May also held the position of Head of Merchandising for the Electronics Category, where they optimized the online customer journey and managed branded and rich content for global brands.

Cheng May Koh's earlier work experience includes roles at Samsung Electronics as a Regional Assistant Manager for Digital Marketing, F5DIGITAL Group as a Digital Project Manager, OgilvyOne Worldwide as an Account Manager, G2 Kuala Lumpur as an Account Executive, Jolson Creative Image PR as a Creative Writer/Publicist Intern, California Export as a Model, and Beyond The Box Communications/Muse Intellect Group as a Public Relations Intern.

Cheng May Koh's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from California State University, Fresno, obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed a BA in Mass Communication from INTI, which they attended from 2004 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Cheng May Koh holds an Advanced Ballet degree in Classical Ballet from the Royal Academy of Dance, which they pursued from 1991 to 2003.

Cheng May has also obtained several certifications, including "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" and "Transitioning to Product Management" from LinkedIn in May 2021. In April 2021, they obtained a Yoga Instructor Certification - Level I from Yoga Alliance. Furthermore, they completed "Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies" from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in November 2020.
