David Morris

David Morris has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of enablement and productivity, instructional design, teaching, and magazine production. David 🧬 has worked as an Associate Director at Sprinklr, where they developed and delivered client-facing trainings and created eLearning materials. Prior to that, they were a Senior Instructional Designer at Xerox, where they wrote and edited various types of content. David 🧬 also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Lone Star College and as the Editor-in-Chief at The University of St. Thomas, where they handled all aspects of literary magazine production and taught production skills to students.

David Morris earned their B.A. in English from Rice University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. David 🧬 later pursued a Masters degree in English at the University of St. Thomas (TX) from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, David obtained various certificates such as "Leading Your Org on a Journey of Allyship" from LinkedIn in August 2022, "The Sprinklr Journey" from Sprinklr in August 2022, and "Mastering CX" from Forrester in November 2021, among others.
