Eileen Schloss

Eileen Schloss is a board member at Sprinklr and a former executive at Medidata Solutions, Advent International, and Alteryx.

Eileen has over 25 years of experience in human resources and executive coaching. Eileen joined Medidata Solutions in October 2012 as EVP of Human Resources. During their time at Medidata, they refreshed the top two executive levels, redesigned all executive compensation practices, redesigned all equity plans, implemented a robust succession planning practice, grew the employee base from 600 to 1600, designed and implemented a leadership development program, upgraded the HRIS from Oracle to Workday, and improved employee engagement from 61% to 87%. Eileen also oversaw the design and construction of corporate headquarters in New York City, field offices in Tokyo, London, San Francisco, Houston, and New Jersey, and satellite offices in Seoul, Beijing, and Singapore.

Eileen left Medidata in March 2017 to join Sprinklr as an executive advisor. In this role, they provided coaching and mentoring to key senior management leading a high growth, global social media enterprise. Eileen focused on rebuilding the executive team, reorganizing a global structure to improve strategic alignment, employee engagement and cultural challenges while scaling for growth. Eileen left Sprinklr in December 2019 to join the board at Sprinklr.

Eileen Schloss has a certification in public board governance practices from the NACD Board Governance Fellow. Eileen also has a MS in technology management from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in organizational behavior from the University of San Francisco.
