Jenn L. has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. In 2004, they started their career as a Sales Coordinator at Wing Tai Pte Ltd, before transitioning to a Customer Service Executive role at SISTIC Ticketing in 2005. Jenn then joined Singapore Marriott Hotel in 2007 as a Guest Relations staff.

In 2009, Jenn L. joined HP Enterprise Services as a Governance Coordinator, where they worked until 2011. During their time at HP, they also took on the role of Security Analyst and later joined the Enterprise Programme Office.

From 2011 to 2013, Jenn L. worked as a Management Assistant Officer at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law, before returning to HP Enterprise Services as an employee in 2011, where they stayed until 2013 as an APAC Sales Operations for Services.

In 2013, they joined BMC Software as an APAC Sales Operations for Services, a role they held until 2017. Jenn then moved to Red Hat and held various roles in the Sales Operations department. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the APAC Sales Operations for Services and Pre-Sales. In 2020, they took on the additional responsibility of APAC Senior Sales Operations for Services, Pre-Sales, and MidMarket.

Currently, Jenn L. is employed at Sprinklr as a Sales Operations Lead (APJ), a position they started in March 2021.

Jenn L.'s education history includes a diploma in Hotel Management, which they obtained from the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education College from 2005 to 2008. Jenn continued their studies at Murdoch University from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management and Management.
