Kelly Rinks

Kelly Rinks has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kelly currently works at Sprinklr as a Customer Success Director since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Genesys as a Sr. Customer Success Manager for over 11 years, from July 2011 to August 2022. Before entering the customer success field, they held roles in sales and account management. Kelly was an Account Executive at FOX 17 WXMI from March 2009 to July 2011 and an Account Representative at the Chicago Tribune from March 2008 to March 2009. Additionally, they gained experience in retail as a Sales Associate at Gray Boutique from August 2007 to March 2009. Kelly also has interned at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and worked as a Sales Associate at Coach in 2006.

Kelly Rinks attended Michigan State University from 2003 to 2007. Kelly earned a degree in Hospitality Business with a focus on event planning, hotel management, food service, sales, and beverage sales.
