Senior Customer Success Manager - Global Strategic Accounts at Sprinklr

Keren Attas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Keren began their career as a Flight Attendant at Edelweiss Air AG in 2011. Following that, they worked as a Promotional Representative and Receptionist at various companies including CPM Switzerland AG, USP Partner AG, and Compétence Image from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they joined CPM Switzerland AG as a Client Service Trainee.

From 2014 to 2016, Keren worked at Nestlé in two different roles. Keren started as a Trade Marketing Trainee, where they coordinated promotional activities and product launches for the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto brand. Later, they became a Category Development Analyst, leading successful national in-store promotions and managing customer plans for the NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto and Special T brands.

In 2017, Keren joined Nestlé Nespresso SA as a Junior Project Manager Trade Marketing, responsible for trade marketing projects. Keren later took on the role of Project Manager Trade Marketing from 2019 to 2020. During this time, they led the deployment of the merchandising strategy for coffee campaigns, managed in-store visibility, and handled communication for coffee and services.

In 2021, Keren became a Key Account Manager at Nestlé Nespresso SA, implementing and developing key account growth strategies and building strong relationships with existing accounts.

Most recently, in 2022, Keren joined Sprinklr as a Senior Success Manager - Global Strategic Accounts. Keren'sprimary responsibility is to ensure that Sprinklr's global strategic account customers get the most out of the Sprinklr platform and achieve their desired business goals.

Overall, Keren Attas has a strong background in trade marketing, project management, and customer success management, with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.

Keren Attas completed a Master's Degree in International Marketing and Brand Management with a focus on International Consumer trends and Innovation at Lund University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Business Administration from Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg from 2012 to 2015. Keren'shigh school education was completed at Kantonsschule Stadelhofen Zürich from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Keren Attas has obtained several certifications. Keren completed "The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience" certification from LinkedIn in August 2022. In May 2022, they obtained the "Sprinklr Brand Manager Pro" certification from Sprinklr. Furthermore, they received the "Der essentielle Verhandler" certification from The Gap Partnership in October 2021.
