Mike Iadevaia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mike started in 2014 as a Field Intern at Kathleen Rice for Congress, where they gained organizational and communication skills by planning and executing campaign events. In 2015, they worked as a Public Relations Intern at Zimmerman/Edelson, Inc, where they developed writing and researching skills by creating press materials and pitching reporters.

In 2015, they also served as a Social Media Intern at North Shore Animal League America, managing social media platforms and assisting with successful social media campaigns. From 2016 to 2017, Mike was the Social Media Manager at Grind Spaces, creating engaging social media content and running campaigns, resulting in increased social reach and website traffic.

In 2017, Mike worked as a Social Media Fellow at INSIDER, implementing a social video distribution strategy and utilizing Instagram Stories for content sharing. Mike also contributed to writing and creating lifestyle stories. In 2018, they joined Grind Spaces again as a Freelance Marketing Assistant, where they contributed to content creation, marketing campaigns, and photography.

During the same year, Mike started working at Sprinklr as an Experience Manager, supporting inside sales and marketing efforts, collaborating on blog content, and executing organic social media strategies. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Global Social Media Lead at Sprinklr, where they centralized content streams, created social listening topics, and conducted organic A/B tests to inform the company's social media strategy.

In addition to their professional experiences, Mike worked as an Undergraduate Assistant at Hofstra University, where they developed customer service and organizational skills. Prior to that, they completed Channel Growth, Content Ownership, and Asset Monetization training from YouTube in August 2019 and Twitter Flight School certification from Twitter in July 2019. Mike began expanding their knowledge with SprinklrU Learning Services in May 2018.
