Ravi Kishore Alapati

Ravi Kishore Alapati has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Ravi Kishore is currently employed as a Lead Success Manager at Sprinklr since October 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at SAP Ariba as a Customer Success Partner & APJ Front Office Lead, where they provided expertise and collaboration tools to support customers in achieving success with SAP Ariba applications.

Before their time at SAP Ariba, Ravi worked at SAP from 2015 to 2018 as an Escalation Management - Cloud representative. Ravi Kishore was responsible for managing customer escalations related to cloud services.

From 2012 to 2015, Ravi was a Sr. Customer Success Manager at SAP SuccessFactors. In this role, they focused on increasing the managed support footprint in the APAC region, developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and effectively facilitating meetings.

Ravi's earliest work experience was at SumTotal Systems from 2005 to 2012, where they served as a Module Lead / Technical Account Manager. Ravi Kishore provided technical expertise, addressed customer issues, and coordinated support activities.

Ravi Kishore Alapati earned a Master's degree in Information Systems from Kakatiya University from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they obtained the SAP Alumni Award from SAP in December 2022.
